By enrolling in the Affiliate Program of Prospera Women’s Collective, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

• “We,” “us,” “our,” and “Prospera” refer to Prospera Women’s Collective, a division of Prospera Women’s Collective .

• “You,” “your,” and “Affiliate” refer to the person or entity participating in the Prospera Affiliate Program.

• “Program” refers to the Prospera Affiliate Program.

• “Commission” refers to the earnings you receive for qualified sales or sign-ups based on referrals tracked via your unique affiliate link.

2. Affiliate Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any legal partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Prospera. You are an independent affiliate responsible for your own business activities and legal compliance.

3. Commissions & Payments

• You will receive a commission for qualified purchases made using your unique affiliate link, as outlined in the current commission structure provided at the time of enrollment.

• Commissions are tracked via cookies and are only paid for confirmed, completed transactions.

• Payments are issued monthly via PayPal after a 30 day verification period to ensure no refunds or chargebacks.

• You are responsible for submitting accurate payment details and complying with any tax reporting requirements in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote Prospera in a professional, ethical, and honest way. The following are prohibited:

• Misleading or false claims about Prospera, its products, services, or results.

• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices.

• Bidding on Prospera-branded keywords in paid ads (unless explicitly authorized).Promoting on adult, illegal, hate speech, or offensive content platforms.

• We reserve the right to review and reject any promotional method that violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Prospera name, logo, and approved marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting the Program. All intellectual property remains the sole property of Prospera Women’s Collective.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms;

• You engage in any activity that harms Prospera’s reputation or operations;

• We choose to discontinue the Affiliate Program.

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees of income, sales, or performance from your participation in the Program. Earnings are entirely dependent on your marketing efforts and the quality of your audience.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prospera will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the prior 3 months.

9. Privacy and Data

You agree not to collect or misuse any data from Prospera leads, clients, or users. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations if marketing in those regions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

12. Acceptance

By registering and participating in the Prospera Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
